Prenatal Workshop

Whether you’re planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, this 90-minute workshop is designed for you and your birthing partner to learn and practice essential birthing positions, movements, and techniques.
Together, you’ll explore ways to optimize pelvic space, helping your baby’s journey feel smoother and more natural. You’ll also learn breathing exercises to stay calm and connected during labor, along with practical strategies to minimize discomfort.
This hands-on workshop will build your confidence and deepen your partner’s ability to support you throughout your birthing experience, empowering you both to face labor with calm, strength, and trust.
Join us and take an active role in creating the birth experience you want!

Things heat up in summer, and we don't just mean the temperatures. With a change of schedule and sometimes a little less structure, plus the emotions of the heat - it's important we leave a little space in our weeks for play, breath, and mindful movement. This June Andrea Marino leads our kids classes - on Thursday & Sunday. Our first summer session is 4 sessions in June - with an early bird rate of $56 with registration by May 31st.
Here's all the details:
Small Yoga on Thursdays at 4:45P with Andrea - for ages 5-10yrs old
Session runs June 5th-26th
Registration Options:
Full Session for Kid Only, $56 through May 31st, $65 after
Full Kid + Adult Session $100, with adult access to our 4:45P Yin class for the duration of this session
Drop In for Child $30
Drop in for Adult + Kid $45
Little Yoga on Sundays at 11:30A with Andrea - for ages 3-7 yrs old
Session runs June 1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th (we're off on Fathers Day)
Registration Options:
Full Session for Kid Only, $56 through May 31st, $65 after
Full Kid + Adult Session $133, with adult access to our 11:30A sacred flow class for the duration of this session

New Moon Women's Circle

Rituals are powerful. They allow us to reflect and acknowledge how we evolve, and express gratitude for the cycles of life. Our New Moon circle is based on the premise of ritual + connection. With a gentle yoga practice and guided journaling, each circle connects us to that month's moon cycle, and approaches some of the energies at play - setting us up to be deeply present with what's within our hearts & minds, and what's happening the world.
