A 200HR Yoga Immersion & Personal Journey..
Beyond the Class is an immersion designed for practitioners who want a deep, experiential study of yoga — not just a certification. It’s a journey into the full system of yoga, blending pranayama, mantra, meditation, and the application of anatomy & science into every practice. You’ll learn to integrate these elements into your teaching and your personal practice, cultivating confidence, skill, and presence in any environment — from studios and corporate settings to schools, medical facilities, and community programs. For those who choose & complete the coursework and exam, this program includes a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training certification recognized by Yoga Alliance.
