Our studio is fueled by the hope of community,  so we work to build a yoga home you'll want to visit multiple times a week.  Before you can commitment to membership, we want you to try us out!  Take class with different teachers, try new styles, and mix it up to feel how this practice can shift our bodies and minds.  

If you join us as a member within 30 days of purchase, your first month will be 30% off (plus you'll get a few sweet extra gifts!) so keep your eye opened for our emails or chat with us in studio.

Perinatal Wellness

Our prenatal & baby and me classes are specialized to give you support at
one of the most beautiful times of you life...early parenthood. 
Prenatal is taught in a small-group environment. Space is limited so early registration is highly encourage.
Baby + Me is appropriate for any caretaker and typically best for infants through around  8 months depending on how mobile they become.  A class pack can be used for either so any remaining classes at the end of pregnancy wcan support you in Baby & Me when the time is right.

Wanna share yoga with your friends, family or co-workers? We offer group sessions because yoga is meant to be shared. Contact us to schedule a session.  Group privates start at $160 and run up to $250 depending upon size and location (onsite or offsite) you choose.
