Perinatal Wellness

Our prenatal & baby and me classes are specialized to give you support at
one of the most beautiful times of you life...early parenthood. 
Prenatal is taught in a small-group environment. Space is limited so early registration is highly encourage.
Baby + Me is appropriate for any caretaker and typically best for infants through around  8 months depending on how mobile they become.  A class pack can be used for either so any remaining classes at the end of pregnancy wcan support you in Baby & Me when the time is right.

Wanna share yoga with your friends, family or co-workers? We offer group sessions because yoga is meant to be shared. Contact us to schedule a session.  Group privates start at $160 and run up to $250 depending upon size and location (onsite or offsite) you choose.

Pay What You Can

COMMUNITY SUPPORTED

As a thank you to our community for sustaining us, and as a way to keep yoga accessible for ALL, we offer Outdoor "Pay what you can" classes from late spring to early fall.  These are NOT extra for unlimited students so please do not feel pressure to donate. If you prefer to use your regular   pass that is great too.  If funds are limited, "pay" what you can assign and afford.
