Location: Hybrid – Onsite in Summerhill, Georgia (Thursday PM, Saturday & Sunday)

 

Compensation: $2,600–$2,800/month base + bonus potential up to $1,200/month based on

financial and personal goals

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who is deeply aligned with our mission and

excited to support our growing community through strategic marketing, thoughtful engagement,

and team leadership.

About the Role

This hybrid role is ideal for a driven, community-oriented marketing professional who

thrives in managing creative strategy and operational teams. You’ll be the engine behind

Sacred Yoga’s member engagement, brand visibility, and in-studio experience—ensuring

every touchpoint reflects our values and invites deeper connection.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our lifecycle funnel: manage automations, email campaigns, and new member journeys

• Manage omni-channel communication plans that reinforce brand messaging and drive toward target business outcomes.

• Track marketing effectiveness and build a testing framework for each initiative to adapt strategies based on results

• Create, plan, and execute a quarterly promotional calendar aligned with studio themes, class offerings, and events

• Coordinate marketing across platforms including newsletters, social media, and in-studio messaging

• Manage studio SEO and google ads and analytics

• Have an “eye for design” and knowledge of brand to support our established look and feel while bridging our creative content into the future

Community & Engagement

• Drive brand awareness in the local community through partnerships, collaborations, and local outreach

• Plan and produce lobby activations, themed events, and celebrations (including our annual open house)

• Spearhead member experience initiatives, ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality

• Manage in-studio room rentals and partner scheduling, consistently meeting monthly goals

Team Management

• Guide our small but mighty in-studio concierge team with clarity and care - creating staff

protocols and best practices to ensure our in-person experience feels less like a

transaction and more like a warm “welcome home”.

• Create clear SOPs, graceful responses to FAQs and a repeatable rhythm that keeps both

staff and members feeling supported.

 

Operations & Coordination

• Collaborate closely with the studio director and instructors to ensure a seamless

alignment between marketing, programming, and studio operations

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of studio offerings to support marketing content and communications

 

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in marketing, community management, or studio/small business operations with a focus on automations, google analytics and building brand awareness

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects• Experience creating, managing and A/B testing google ads

• Comfortable using tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Momence, etc.)

• Warm communicator who thrives in both digital and in-person environments and has a sales-driven competitive streak

• Passion for yoga, wellness, and/or community-centered businesses

• Creative, Entrepreneurial and tenacious with a can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment

• This position will guide our ship in our busiest moments, which means weekly weekend availability is essential

Compensation

This is a 4-month contract position with a starting base of $2,600–$2,800/month, with the

potential to grow into a salaried role in the next year. Performance-based bonuses of up to

$1,200/month are tied to clearly defined marketing and engagement goals.

 

Schedule & Location

Hybrid | Up to 25 hours/week

• Onsite (up to 15 hours/week): Required availability on Thursday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. As the leader of our in-studio concierge team, you’ll occasionally need to be onsite for training, coordination, and team engagement.

• Remote/Flexible: The remaining hours may be completed offsite, with flexible scheduling based on workflow.

• Onboarding: Our initial month together will involve in person and virtual training

• Balanced Structure with Room for Real Life: While this role includes required onsite

time on weekends, we deeply value rest, boundaries, and a sustainable work rhythm.

Outside of your core in-person responsibilities, your schedule is flexible and self- directed. We expect this role to be highly productive and results-driven—and we care more about output than hours.
