In this role, you'll be our administrative star and the first face our students see!
We're looking for someone with:

Ability to commit to 1-2 weekly 4.5 hour shift per week

Ability to work independently and efficiently
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants
•
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props
•
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends - (*we're hiring for an evening admin first)
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Experience with a POS and ability to learn software & office-suite systems quickly
•
A good energetic presence, self-motivate & optimistic
•
A belief that being on time means being five minutes early - Highly-accountable & committed
•
Must adhere to attendance policy, Non-Solicitation agreement and background check required

Responsibilities
•
Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces
•
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms
•
Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized
•
Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
•
Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of
•
Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens
•
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio
•
Must be able to commit to a schedule and follow the Time and Attendance Policy schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, orderly lobby and studio space

Complete opening & closing checklist every shift

Create a Smooth, Consistent & Repeatable In-studio Experience

Prospect new & existing students
-
Practice consistent follow-up and drive membership conversion

Support in-studio activations & events
-
Know top students/VIP members and always deliver a high level of hospitality

Own the student experience in the studio; help direct student issues

Answer incoming voice messages & emails - providing top tier customer service
-
Ability to learn and use POS system; have expertise and assist/train instructors in how to effectively sell and use the systems

Ability to learn and execute Standard Operating Procedures

We're looking for a strong personality fit and someone who has everything needed to succeed or is willing to work (off the clock) to learn in order to be effective in week one in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00-18.00/hr
Expected hours: 4-10 hours per week
