In this role, you'll be driving growth for our community and amazing teachers, and you'll be given opportunities to grow, create and manage events and campaigns that lean into our creativity and ability to inspire.



The 20,000 Foot View

Our Sales Manager will create promotional events & in-studio activations to drive and retain memberships.  You'll have an "eye"  for building relationships and providing an extraordinary experience for our students.

You'll be the first line of education for our In-Studio Experience team and teachers when launching campaigns. You'll master and then teach others how to provide an amazing experience for students and convert/close membership sales.

You'll need strong marketing and event management skills.  You'll be charged with creating automations & building sales funnels and should be able to utilize technology to target and convert students to members.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a Smooth, Consistent & Repeatable In-studio Experience

  • Elevate Our attention to students & ensure all students feel seen

  • Prospect new & existing students

  • Generate leads from classes, events and studio inquiries

  • Practice consistent follow-up and drive membership conversion

  • Support and help build in-studio and market engagement and activations

  • Drive brand awareness through events and relationship building with local businesses and partners; via existing and identifying new opportunities

  • Know top students/VIP members and always deliver a high level of hospitality

  • Maintain marketing material; re-stock flyers, remove old and outdated materials, update chalk and art boards, replenish supply of scan and referral cards

  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with CEO and Teacher Manager all pertinent information and train In Studio Team & Teachers on campaigns and best practices 

  • Accountability for driving shared membership/ student financial goals

  • Own the student experience in the studio; help direct student issues

  • Ability to learn and use POS system; have expertise and assist/train instructors in how to effectively sell and use the systems

  • Ability to ROCK email campaign creation, social media utilization and automations to create funnels that lead to memberships.

  • Close approximately 10-15 memberships per month.

This individual will be responsible for driving sales with a motivating and enthusiastic attitude. You’ll thrive in this position with an outgoing personality, high level of organization, and the ability to build rapport and quickly convert.

  • Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Setting Automations within email and CRM programs

  • Ability to close a sale and meet sales goals

  • Goal-oriented with time management skills

  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work Monday-Thursday 11:00-7:30P and be on call for one weekend a month.

  • Previous sales experience, 3+ years preferred selling monthly and annual subscription products

Must adhere to attendance policy, Non-Solicitation agreement and background check required

  • Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills. 

  • Must be "self-motivated" and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. 

  • Must be able to lead a team - this role engages with students, teachers and an in studio staff.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. 

  • Builds and maintains student satisfaction. 

  • Recognizes and anticipates student and management's needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week, hours lean toward evenings with a schedule likely to be  11:30A-7:30PM, Monday-Thursdays.  We are willing to negotiate as much as we can for someone who is an amazing fit.
