PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Join us in Greece on Amorgos Island from June 29th-July 6th for luxury Greek-style! From twice daily yoga to self-care in the hamman.. this trip will be
an amazing week of exploration on & off the mat.
Our week will navigate the full spectrum of yoga - using these tools to create a sense of wholeness. From pranayama practices to meditation - you'll learn and experience things that are not often available in group classes. And of course, there will be plenty of time to flow, align and strengthen your physical body as well.
While in Greece we will explore the island together with two group activities but there will be time for self-exploration as well. The island has great beaches and our retreat center is perfect for a few days of self-care.
Retreat includes breakfast, dinner, and use of the hamman, sauna and pools, a 30 minute massage, 10% off additional spa services, and transfer from the port to hotel once on the island.

NEXT STEPS
Once registered, we will contact you within 3 days to confirm your reservations and welcome you to our retreat. A full itinerary will be available the week prior as most activities will be outdoors and scheduled around weather. We will communicate with you prior to then to get dietary restrictions, yoga history (so we include your favorite postures!), emergency contact info, liability release (if you are new to sacred thread), flight details and contact info.
FINE PRINT
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, however if we have a waitlist we will connect you with a student interested in taking your place. You can work directly with them and notify us together to update the name of the reservation. Even with precautions we cannot eliminate your risk in acquiring COVID during your travels. We assume no liability whether exposure is within our group or due to casual interactions.
Coming solo but on a budget? Reserve a shared room and we will place you with a roommate. Most of our retreat goers book shared rooms and typically don't have a "pre-arranged" roommate. We host a Pre-trip meet up so you'll get the opportunity to make friends in advance if that's important to you. If we are not able to place you with a roommmate, please note there is a mandatory $400 upgrade charge).
